Life is short. Reinvent yourself often!

This is the story of my hair. My boring, brown, rebellious, long hair that I had had for almost my entire life, until some time ago. I had dyed it red -once- when I started high school, but only a small part that you can't really see if my hair was not up in a pony tail or a bun. But soon after I got my dark brown back because colored hair was too much work for me at that young age. Then, for my prom that was 5 years ago, I decided to cut it short, like really, really short. I had it like that for few months, when I decided I want to grow it long again. And up until now I was afraid to go to the hair salon because I did not want to cut it short, more than it was really needed.
Then, on October 13, 2015 I decided that I wanted to cut my hair. Again. But not too short. Only the bad parts that were broken and damaged from too much heat and torture. I liked it, but something was missing. One month later I called my friend and told her I want to go and buy some hair dye. But nothing crazy, like dark, deep purplish red or something. I did that but you couldn't really see any difference because I had dark brown virgin hair and no bleach. And than, few months ago I decided to go red. Fully, fiery, intensive red. I liked it a lot. I loved the new red head me.
Then, few weeks ago I stumbled upon a calling for hair models. I wrote to them that I am interested with no knowledge of what they were looking for or what they want to do. I just felt like accepting a challenge. They called me few hours later and I had a meeting with the main hairstylist the next day.

When I met her for the first time, I immediately fall in love with her energy. She told me what she wanted to do with my hair and I loved her idea. Change is always a good thing, especially when you are in the hands of someone that is the best in their field. Her name is Graciela, she is the owner of Panache hair salon and she is creating art with Schwarzkopf Professional Makedonija.
The presentation was about the power of IGORA COLORWORX, their most intense and long-lasting direct dyes ever, for bold colour effects that last up to 20 washes.
The first day she cut my hair with great attention to details and dyed it darker red. She prepared the hair for the next day when she did everything in front of an audience. That was an interesting experience for someone like me who is afraid to stand in front of many people but she did an awesome job and for the first time in my life I feel like my hair represents my personality. I will be forever thankful for this opportunity and it was few days before my birthday so this was the best gift someone could have ever given me. Thank you very, very much! I am never going dark again!

So if you want to make a change, go with it. Don't be afraid to take a risk because hair grows back and you will feel free and open to new possibilities. If you wanted a sign, this is it!
Life is short. Reinvent yourself often!
ps. All the photos from the process are taken from Schwarzkopf Professional Macedonia's facebook page where you can find more photos from the seminar and the other models! Woohoo! :D
