My Vegan Protein Shake Recipe #TastyTuesday

When I need a energy boost or I crave something sweet to drink, I usually make this shake to pick me up and bring me up to speed. It is my favorite drink and it is really easy to make so I decided to share it with you. All you need are:

2 medium bananas 
2 tea spoons chia seeds
2 table spoons soy milk powder SoVita
2 table spoons Nesquik Powder Chocolate
2 tea spoons peanut butter (optional)
200ml water 

I love chocolate, I love bananas and I love chia, so this is the perfect combo for me.

Put everything in a blender, for example I am using my favorite Delimano Utile Hand Blender and blend on maximum speed until the liquid is creamy and smooth.

It is vegan, it is tasty, it is healthy. Just the way I like it.
