#TastyTuesday: Homemade Vegan Nutella Recipe

I love food and I love experimenting in the kitchen. So, this was something I had to try sooner or later. I was craving something sweet and something that I can spread on a piece of bread in the morning. Also, hazelnuts are a great source of dietary fiber, protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamins E & B6 and are exceptionally rich in folate. So, if you want something that is not only tasty, but beneficial for your health also, this is a really simple, easy and quick recipe and you only need few ingredients & a really good blender.

For a small jar like mine, you will need:
- 1 cup of roasted hazelnuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- 1 spoon soy milk powder SoVita

Put all of that into a blender & watch the magic happen. It is pure perfection. Keep it in a freezer.
To be honest, I eat this out of the jar with a spoon. And no, I can not control myself. I eat it all at once. It is healthy, it is tasty, it is vegan, just like I like it. (:
